During my recent stay at Areca, I had the pleasure of dining at the famed Carabí Restaurant. As a Spanish chef deeply rooted in the Mediterranean flavors of my cuisine, I was delighted to find a culinary oasis in Elche that prides itself on using only the freshest high-quality ingredients. The ambiance of the restaurant, overlooking a serene garden, offered a tranquil setting for a gastronomic journey. The menu, boasting a selection of meats, fish, salads, pastas, and desserts. Each dish was meticulously prepared, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors that left my palate craving more. While the breakfast experience was marred by a lackluster tea selection, the culinary excellence at Carabí more than made up for it. Areca, with its attentive staff and upscale facilities, is a haven for discerning food enthusiasts seeking a taste of elevated Spanish cuisine.
